Engineering success for clients

we look beyond the numbers - client success

Good business isn’t just process driven. And it’s not just about the numbers. At Menzies we’re always searching for solutions to our clients business challenges. And it’s not just about the tools we use, but how we use them. This means that you’ll get strategic direction and innovative solutions.

Here’s how we’ve gone beyond the numbers for some of our clients.

Giving a luxury brand a helping hand

managing growth in the luxury market

As we go beyond the numbers, it shouldn’t come as any surprise that we know a thing or two about luxury. In this instance, a British luxury brand asked for our help and advice. We started by providing help with their year end accounts. However, soon the brand were taking advantage of our broader services. We’ve been helping the brand with a business plan and keeping track of the product margins and fixed costs to provide them with more accurate forecasting.

Effective solutions for a unique group structure

integrated support for a classic british brand

“Throughout our many years of working with Menzies, we have always found them to be professional and engaging in all aspects of their work. The team currently deal with our UK trading company and the holding companies which include acting as the group auditors for our large international group. Their historical knowledge of our company and operations is highly important to us especially as we have a fairly unique group structure. The team are reliable, friendly and organised in their approach. We would have no hesitation in recommending Menzies to any other company.”
