Eric Norman-Walker is the Managing Director and Independent Financial Adviser of Menzies Wealth Management. He has spent most of his working life in the Financial Services industry. In order to provide high-quality advice to his clients, Eric has studied hard to achieve the status of a Chartered Financial Planner, the highest qualification available and held by only 1,500 advisers in the UK (source: Chartered Insurance Institute).

Andrew joined the team from one of the UK’s largest independent advisory firms. Andrew has worked in financial services his whole career, starting at Norwich Union in 1986. He has recently attained the Diploma in Financial Planning and has started working towards his Advanced Diploma in line with the company’s aim of providing the very best quality advice.

Toni is a financial planning manager with over 25 years’ experience in dealing with both the corporate and private sectors. Andrew's Chartered Financial Planner status demonstrates that he has gained the highest level of professional achievement, equivalent to other Chartered professions. This title is only awarded to members of the Chartered Insurance Institute on application after the completion of a degree-level suite of qualifications.

Chris has over 20 years’ industry experience and has been providing independent financial advice for over ten years. He strongly believes that a holistic approach to Financial Planning is preferable to concentrating on one particular area. As an Associate of the Personal Finance Society, each of Chris's clients receives a bespoke service to meet their requirements.

His main focus is advising directors and HR departments on the establishment and maintenance of employee benefits for staff and senior employees. Chris also runs a number of schemes for practice clients and non-practice clients alike. On the private client side he specialises in offering retirement or at-retirement advice and investment portfolio planning.

Dinshaw is based in our London Office and has worked in the Financial Services sector since 1995. He has taken on the role of Paraplanner since 2004.

As a Paraplanner, Dinshaw works very closely with the Financial Planning Managers and provides support primarily in the form of report writing, product research and compliance reviews for, both, corporate and individual clients.

Her main role is being responsible for the commissions and fees which are generated and producing monthly financial reports and statistics. She also maintains our client database system and provide administration support to the Financial Planning Managers.
