Employee benefits

From an employer’s perspective, employee staff benefits are a necessary evil. Whilst they assist with staff recruitment and employees expect them as part of their package, unfortunately most employees do not value them. The reason for the latter is that their value is not regularly reinforced.

Menzies Wealth Management fully appreciates this and works alongside employers to reinforce the value of their employees' employee benefits package. This can be achieved in a number of different ways such as annual statements, staff presentations and members clinics run by one of our team of Financial Planning Managers.

Each scheme we run has a dedicated Financial Planning Manager and Administrator. This allows strong working relationships to be established so issues can be resolved with ease and allows for the day to day management of the scheme to be kept as simple and straightforward as possible 

In summary, we strive to ensure that all the employee benefits schemes that we run for our clients benefit from first class service standards and positive staff and employer communication.
