The Women’s Portfolio is headed by Linda Richardson, partner at Menzies LLP's Heathrow office. 

The objective of this 'all female' networking group is to provide support, training and advice for women in business.

"As a practice, Menzies LLP recognises that women often take a different approach to business.  Women are concerned with the social and environmental implications of what they do; are used to multitasking, organising, prioritising and are often prepared for a longer term payback than their male counterparts.  As such, we recognise women need a different mix of support products to add value to their business development."
